Parent-Focused

Therapy

$2,500

Parenting Counseling consists of ten pre-planned 50-minute sessions that focus on issues commonly seen by kid/play therapists and include resources such as books and family games/activities to build upon what is discussed in session. These sessions are meant to help prepare parents to be and work with current parents struggling with the ups and downs of parenthood find a place of thriving rather than just surviving.

Recommended for parents who want a deeper option than parenting classes, but still want to learn skills throughout the counseling experience. For more information about what is covered in Parent-Focused Therapy, please fill out the form below.

Individual Counseling

$200

50-minute session, weekly or every other week appointments with you and the therapist. Must be 13 or older for individual services.

Best for those needing individual support due to a number of different reasons such as mental illness, life stressors, trauma, or self-exploration.

Family or Interactive/Play Therapy

$250

50-minute session, weekly or every other week appointments with the therapist and you/your partner and your child or the entire nuclear family (whoever lives in your household).

Perfect for caregivers looking for ways to help build regulation skills within themselves and their children, or to develop the attachment between caregiver and child. Suitable for those struggling with family dynamics, breaking generational concerns, parent/child interaction issues.

EMDR Intensive Therapy

Pricing varies by need and length of session.

Intensives are available as single extended sessions or customized multi-day experiences. Insurance is not accepted for intensive services.

Intensive sessions provide the space and time to go deeper than traditional weekly therapy allows. This format can be especially helpful if you’re feeling stuck, navigating a significant life transition, or wanting to jumpstart meaningful change.

EMDR-TRAINED

Formally trained in EMDR in 2023, we have used EMDR to help a multitude of people work through a multitude of different issues. EMDR is a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to processing trauma in a way that rewires the brain to find strength in even the darkest of times.
