Parenting Counseling

$175

Parenting Counseling consists of ten pre-planned 50-minute sessions that focus on issues commonly seen by kid/play therapists. These sessions are meant to help prepare parents to be and work with current parents struggling with the ups and downs of parenthood find a place of thriving rather than just surviving.

Individual Counseling

$150

50-minute session, weekly or every other week appointments with you and the therapist. Must be 13 or older for individual services.

Best for those needing individual support due to a number of different reasons such as mental illness, life stressors, trauma, or self-exploration.

Interactive/Play Therapy

$175

50-minute session, weekly or every other week appointments with the therapist and you/your partner and your child.

Perfect for caregivers looking for ways to help build regulation skills within themselves and their children, or to develop the attachment between caregiver and child.

Family Counseling

$175

50-minute session, weekly or every other week appointments with the therapist and all members of the nuclear family (parents and children) and/or anyone living within the household.

Suitable for those struggling with family dynamics, breaking generational concerns, parent/child interaction issues.

Intensive Therapy

Pricing varies by need and length of session.

Typically a one or two time therapy appointment, starting at 2 hours per session, but can look like a multi-day series with multiple hours of therapy across those days.

Ideal for people who are stuck on a single issue and need a jump-start to healing. This can be a recent issue or a long-held trauma that simply keeps getting in your way of thriving in life.

Formally trained in EMDR in 2023, we have used EMDR to help a multitude of people work through a multitude of different issues. EMDR is a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to processing trauma in a way that rewires the brain to find strength in even the darkest of times.
