We believe everyone has the capacity to grow through what they go through.

Your childhood doesn't stay in childhood.

Your childhood doesn't stay in childhood.

The relationships and experiences we have early in life help shape how we understand safety, connection, conflict, love, and even ourselves.

As adults, those early lessons can quietly show up in our relationships, boundaries, self-worth, anxiety, and parenting—even when we desperately want to do things differently.

Therapy gives us an opportunity to understand those roots with compassion, heal what continues to hurt, and intentionally choose what you want to carry forward.

You understand why you feel this way. So why do you still feel stuck?

Maybe you've done therapy before. You've learned the coping skills, identified the patterns, and can explain exactly why you react the way you do—but knowing hasn't necessarily changed how you feel.

Or maybe you've simply reached a point where you're tired of carrying anxiety, old wounds, difficult relationships, or experiences from your past into the life you're trying to build today.

Individual therapy gives you a space to look beneath what's happening on the surface. Together, we'll explore the experiences and patterns that shaped you, understand how they're showing up in your life now, and work toward healing that allows you to respond differently—not just understand yourself better.

Because sometimes moving forward means healing what has kept you stuck.

“You might find yourself here if…”

  • You know what your triggers are but still can't seem to control your reactions.

  • You're constantly anxious, overwhelmed, or waiting for something to go wrong.

  • You're a people-pleaser who has no idea what you actually want.

  • You struggle with boundaries without feeling guilty afterward.

  • Your relationships keep bringing up the same fears or patterns.

  • Becoming a parent has unexpectedly brought pieces of your own childhood back to the surface.

  • You've spent years surviving and aren't quite sure what thriving is supposed to feel like.

  • You've done traditional talk therapy and feel like there's still something deeper you haven't reached.

  • You're ready to understand yourself—not judge yourself.

Therapy with me isn't about sitting across from someone who silently nods while you talk for an hour.

I'm an active, collaborative therapist. We'll talk, get curious, notice patterns, build practical skills, and—when appropriate—work more deeply with experiences your nervous system may still be holding.

My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based, drawing from EMDR, EFT, and other evidence-based approaches based on what you need. Some sessions may focus on what's happening in your life right now. Others may take us back to experiences that helped shape how you learned to relate to yourself and others.

The goal isn't to endlessly analyze your past. It's to understand it, heal what needs healing, and help you live differently in the present.

When Talking About It Isn't Enough

Sometimes insight alone doesn't change the way our bodies and brains respond to old experiences. EMDR allows us to work with distressing memories, beliefs, and patterns differently, helping your brain process experiences that may still feel unresolved.

EMDR can be incorporated into ongoing individual therapy or explored through a more concentrated Growth-Focused Intensive.

You don't have to wait until things are falling apart.

You don't have to wait until things are falling apart.

Therapy isn't only for crisis. It's also a place to understand yourself more deeply, change patterns that aren't working anymore, and intentionally build the life and relationships you want.

Whether you're carrying something from the past, navigating something difficult today, or simply know you're ready for something to change, we can start there.

People-First Approach

My entire life has been focused on changing the world, one person at a time. This personal mission has guided the extra-curriculars I participated in early adulthood, the jobs I took during and after college, and my eventual decision to become a therapist.

I believe everyone has the capacity to grow and change, sometimes they just need a little guidance or support along the way. I am ready to be that support for you today.
